Our latest membership numbers show exciting growth across our County in 2024/25!
Over the past year, our total membership has grown by 1.9% to a total of 7,351 members.
Our youth membership has grown by 1.4% and our total number of adult volunteers has grown by 3.5%.
We’re especially thrilled to have seen significant growth in our Squirrel Scouts (4-6 year olds) up 28.4%, Explorer Scouts (14-18 year olds) up 11.8% and Scout Network (18 – 25 year olds) up 11.1% over the past year.
A big thank you to all our volunteers for everything they do to help more young people in Northumberland, Newcastle Upon Tyne and North Tyneside join Scouting and gain Skills For Life.
